PRODUCTION AREA: Loreto Aprutino, Montesilvano. This is an area which goes from the Adriatic Sea Coast to the high Mountains of Gran Sasso (2910 mt. a.s.l.) and Maiella (2692 mt.a.s.l.) amongst the highest mountains of the Appennini Chain. Here the distance between the coast and the high mountains is no more than 40 km creating a micro-climate with sharp temperature excursions particularly suitable to the vine growing.
ALCHOLIC FERMENTATION: The grapes undergo a light pressing and afterwards are conveyed to stainless steel tanks where they
ferment without any contact with the skins at a controlled temperature of 18° C.
MATURING/REFINING: In steel tanks.
COLOUR: Straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Distinctive yellow fruit aroma. FLAVOUR: Fresh, soft and balanced.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°-10° C.
BEST WITH: Ideally served with white meat or fish based dishes.
